Because we’re a small business with limited availability, cancellations and last-minute changes are challenging for us to re-book. We do our best to be fair and flexible when plans change, and we strongly recommend travel insurance if there’s any chance your trip could shift.

Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to your arrival date and receive a refund, less a $45 non-refundable booking fee per cabin, per night reserved.

Any TAMU special events or holidays like: home football games, parent’s weekend, graduation, valentine’s block and holidays are may be canceled up to 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a refund, less a $45 non-refundable booking fee per cabin, per night reserved.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Full payment is processed 14 days before your scheduled arrival, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that time.

No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are non-refundable.

In the event of a pandemic, government-mandated closure, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from honoring your reservation, a voucher or credit for a future stay may be issued in lieu of a refund.
