Located just eight miles from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field, we are a rustic property ideal for events of up to 250 people. You may bring your own alcohol, but we require a TABC Certified bartender. You may also bring in outside catering – we have no outside catering fee!
Deposit and Rental Requirements
A deposit and signed contract are required to reserve the facility for an event. In addition to the deposit, a $500 installment towards the Rental fee is also required at contract signing to reserve the facility for Wedding Rental options. Installment payments are required for certain Rental options. The Rental fee and all charges are entirely separate from the deposit. Certain Pavilion rentals may require cabin reservations, security, or clean-up. Please refer to contract for details. Contact our office to schedule a tour and to discuss rates and event date.
